RAZER MEGALODON : N/A : RESOLUTION 400001824

Q:  I am using Windows 7 and have installed the latest firmware on my set, yet my Megalodon still has issues with the audio cutting off
A:  Razer has heard from a few Windows 7 users that are experiencing this problem. This seems to be a compatibility problem with some Windows 7 machines. Our engineers are currently researching this issue and hope to have a solution very soon. Please check back to www.razersupport.com in the near future for any updates.
